About the Role

We are urgently seeking two full-time Health Care Aides for an immediate travel contract in Cardston, AB. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, reliable aides who enjoy a change of scenery and are ready to hit the ground running.

Shift Details

• Primary shift: 1500–2300

• Occasional night float shift: 2300–0700

• Full-time hours

Other information

• $28.00 per hour

• $30.00 per diem, per shift

• Mileage or accommodations up to $2000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Support residents' mobility, nutrition, and hydration

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Health Care Aide certification (or equivalent)

• Current CPR/First Aid considered an asset

• Previous experience in a care setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Must be available to start immediately
